My YouTube Obesession Pays Off
I've previously mentioned that even though my YouTube channel has 1B+ views and 3.6M subscribers, I'm 'bad' at YouTube. All those views and subscribers have largely come from my short clips, meaning that there isn't an eager audience guaranteeing views on my 'proper' YouTuber videos.
But if you've been following my posts, you know that I recently cracked the code for my longer videos:
Part of me being 'bad' at YouTube is that with all those high numbers, I've never really dabbled in YouTube sponsorships - which I'm sure you know is a big part of the platform.
Well that's the next step.
With proof that I have a great, repeatable formula that can pull in 100k+ targeted views (filmmakers, editors, artists), I contacted a bunch of my favorite production services and pitched them the opportunity to sponsor my videos.
(I specifically stuck to production services so that it can integrate well into my videos. I'll also get more into how I pitched in a later post.)
